About the event
This is a Registration form only. You will still need to turn in final payments to the church office. You do not need to fill this out if you have already early registered you teen.
Register for Camp! Camp will be June 21st- June 25th for Juniors and June 28th- July 2nd for teens at Mt Salem Revival Grounds in West Union, West Virginia. The total cost is $145 for teens and $125 for Juniors. Please see Bro Josiah or Mrs. Maria with any questions.
After filling out this form, you need to see Bro Josiah for a copy of the Camp Registration Form!
